Merry Christmas!

These are the pictures I took in case the Christmas letter didn't turn out. I didn't even tell David they existed until December 22 when we'd mailed the first Christmas letters because I knew he's say to blow off the letter and use these, and I didn't want to be tempted!

I actually took these when we got home from the Hidy & Gigi Xmas card photo shoot because I knew I hadn't gotten a good one of all three kids at their house. That was frustrating because we had scouted the scene two days before, planned the time of day for the lighting and when all the kids would be there, had them dressed and ready on a school night before dinner, etc.

I actually would have had a great one if my flash card & camera were working at a decent speed. Or if Gabriel weren't terrified of dogs, for that matter.




Paloma wasn't especially in the mood to cooperate by this point, but Carmen and Gabriel cracked me up!
