Sister Milk
Got a few pics at Gigi's house before our 3rd soccer game of the weekend:
The soccer game was a make-up game from one that was rained out.
This game was frustrating. The kids didn't have possession of the ball much at all during this game. But I was able to get these shots of Gabe, anyway.
After that game, Jano came to visit for a while at our house and the kids were animated and happy to see him again.
Gabriel explained to Jano that the reason the traffic light looked so big was because it was CLOSER than the buildings and the other cars. "Perspective. Cool!" Jano responded. "That's what Daddy said!" Gabe replied.
When he left, Paloma insisted that it was her turn to hold Eva.
She checked her out, head
to toe
The next thing I knew, she was talking about giving Eva sister milk.

Lance may shoot me for this story, but when Abby was little, she did not have bottles for her baby dolls. She fed them herself if you know what I mean. When I was driving, she could not get her baby "latched" on in the carseat. So she gave it to Lance and told hime to feed it. He didn't have a bottle, so he tried. His carseat did not have a bar in front. According to Abby at the time, her baby latched on to Lance just fine. Had I only had a camera. Love, Stacy
I just found this post (searching your blog for those hidden back posted stories), and I LOVED IT. That last picture is priceless, and I laughed out loud. This, for some of you who may not know, is how breastfeeding is valued and passed down to the next generation....a GREAT example by the mother. Awesome.
