Carmen sends best wishes

Carmen was much more aware of what was going on this time than she was when Paloma was born.

She wrote this note to me the week before Eva's birth.
Oh yeah, she's writing in cursive now. In case you can't read it, it says, "Dear Mom, I hope you feel better. I hope it doesn't hurt when you have the baby. I love you Mom. Love, Carmen"

I tried not to talk about the pain or the details of childbirth much; I don't want to scare her!
