We weren't home long before it was time to go swimming again. This time, we went to a party for Maddie and Owen's birthdays.
I got to take some pictures when my friend Ann held the sleepy Eva.
My friend Robin held her a while, too.
Eva almost smiled for me in her little mermaid swimsuit.
P-Lo spent half of her time playing in the fountains
and half of her time in the one- to two-foot deep kiddie pool.
Carmen and Gabe were off on their own, but I caught them sliding together like they used to do over and over a couple of years ago when we had season passes at this pool.
Owen's cake was an awesome pirate treasure chest this year.
Carmen and Gabriel both declined cake, but Paloma wasn't about to miss it--she got in there right next to the birthday kids and the cake-cutting.
It was an awesome party (like their mom Abbey always throws) and we all had a lovely time. The party favors were creative: very cutely presented mixed cds of each kid's chosen music.
