I can often be found in this old recliner, usually nursing the baby...
and if I am, Paloma is probably not far away for long!
Here is Paloma showing the video Gigi loaned her; she didn't want to get out of Gigi's car because she was watching it. (Incidentally, Paloma is not as happy to ride in my car now that she's discovered TV in Gigi's and Allison's cars.) All the kids ended up watching this episode about Baby Bear (from Sesame Street) getting a new little sister.
My little Kewpie doll...
And a proud big brother!
Gabriel, our child with the biggest sweet tooth, is not surprisingly having to have dental work. This week he got his first filling (after 3 attempts--also not surprising since the first time we took him to the dentist-I think aged 2 or 3--he wouldn't even let the dental assistants look in his mouth).
Mom & Dad came over to eat with us--I asked them to because we had so much food delivered from our church and our refrigerator was bulging.
During dinner, Carmen started saying her stomach hurt. I'm afraid the newness of the baby is wearing off on her because she's acting sullen.

Oh, so cute. I miss you guys. I have been busy though picking Meghan up from school, helping Melissa (Hannah and Rachel's Mom) and of course attending ALL of Joe's baseball games. He's gone again. Left for Florida yesterday at3:30 to play in a wood bat league for the summer. Hope to see you guys soon. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GABE!!
